Ally Reilly, Director

Our spotlight series continues with another member of the Voyageur Health Advisory team who has been integral to our story from the start – Ally Reilly (Dorazio), Director. Ally joined Voyageur HealthAdvisory in September 2024 as the firm’s first full-time hire. Today, her fingerprints are embedded across every aspect of our operations and client successes.

She and Kristin first discovered their synergy in 2020 while working together on the Individual and Family Plan team at Bright Health. Their shared forward-thinking vision and curious mindsets quickly grew into a partnership rooted in strategic execution, sustainable growth, and a commitment to improving healthcare. When Kristin asked her to join Voyageur Health Advisory, Ally didn’t hesitate. “Making this leap was something I wouldn’t have taken for anyone else,” she recalls. “But with Kristin’s vision and leadership – this felt right – and I haven’t looked back.”

Ally leverages nearly a decade of healthcare experience across providers, payers, and health tech companies to uniquely connect the dots between market trends, client goals, and practical execution. Her days balance external engagement with internal initiatives, helping both clients and the firm achieve meaningful results. To her, “deep diving into client projects to create thoughtful growth strategies and stepping back to help shape how Voyageur Health Advisory grows is the best of both worlds.”

What motivates Ally to do this work? The opportunity to turn challenges into impact. In an ecosystem often shaped by misaligned incentives, she thrives on crafting innovative strategies that navigate complexity and drive growth. “Having all been operators, we understand the real challenges our clients face. We’re proud to not only present them with a practical roadmap to solve those challenges, but guide them through the change to make a lasting impact,” she says.

Ally has been a driving force of energy and creativity behind Voyageur Health Advisory’s success, more than doubling its number of clients, exceeding business goals far ahead of schedule, and growing the team from two to 20. She’s now helping lead the firm’s next phase of growth and entering new markets to amplify its impact. 

But Voyageur Health Advisory isn’t the only thing she has been growing. She and her husband Ryan are preparing to welcome their baby girl this fall! In 2026, she will also join the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST, a testament to her passion for uplifting women in healthcare. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband and being outside as much as possible, whether that’s walking her puppy Leia, golfing with her dad, or boating on the lake.
